ALPFA encourages all students at Cal State Fullerton and alumni who are passionate about business and STEM fields. Membership has no restriction on majors; students of all majors are encouraged to join ALPFA to learn more about career opportunities and develop themselves as professionals.

ALPFA has a membership fee of $30 per semester.
The ALPFA Fellowship is a professional fellowship that prepares college freshmen and sophomores for the workforce by providing them with practical experience, leadership skills, and exposure to and networking with established professionals through real-world business case studies.

Full-time, degree-seeking student, currently enrolled at a four-year college/university in the U.S. or Puerto Rico
Applicants must also be enrolled full-time in college/university the semester following the program
Open to all majors
Classifications: Freshmen and Sophomores
Cumulative Grade Point Average: 2.5 or higher (out of 4.0)
Application must include resume
Able to commit 10-15 hours per week to work as a team on solving a specific business problem
